Student-Athlete In-Season Training Program

The 4 objectives for the athlete competing in-season that they  should strive to meet are: staying healthy, performing at a high level, having fun and winning.

Our trainers have over 10 years of experience with Sport Performance Training, Fitness, Nutrition and Injury Prevention. The program elements include:

  • Injury Prevention Techniques
  • Strength
  • Power
  • Mobility
  • Flexibility

The athletes will meet Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6:30 am and Saturdays at 11:15 am.
