Adult Fitness Classes for Weight loss & Endurance Training

There’s only one way to RISE ABOVE AVERAGE and that’s to put in the work! Our Fit Camps are a great way for you to add agility, strength, speed and endurance training into your day and be in and out within an hour!

Fit Camps are run by our elite training staff who will coach you through the session and modify exercises and intensity to fit your current level of fitness and goals. Our Fit Camps feature great music, great energy and great camaraderie within the group because everyone is there to do one thing: self-improvement. 

 

While we recommend that you first undergo an assessment with one of our trainers to evaluate your overall health, balance, strength and cardiovascular capacity, we do offer free trials. We allow any adult to try a Fit Camp session as a trial,  but then we need to provide you with an assessment so that we can provide appropriate coaching to fit your unique needs. It’s imperative that we understand your unique levels so that we can best train you and ensure that you are properly focused on improving your muscular imbalances and body mass makeup.
