Performance Training: Speed, Balance, Strength and Movement

Our sports performance programs are designed to provide comprehensive training for athletes that will focus on conditioning, injury prevention, strength, agility, training, core development, structural balance, flexibility, and mental focus. The goal is to create measurable results at both the group and individual levels to elevate the level of competitive performance, while decreasing the risk of injury through proper form, balance and orientation, and to serve as a long-term training resource for teams where specific clinics, camps and training programs can be delivered.

RPLV1 (Ages: 8 – 12 yrs)
5:00 – 6:00 pm, Mon – Thur; 10:00 am, Sat

RPLV2 (Ages: 13 – 17 yrs)
6:15 pm – 7:30 pm, Mon – Thur; 11:15 am, Sat
