Sports & Fitness Classes

Ripped Performance specializes in athletic sports training and helping athletes to “Rise Above Average”. Our classes focus on strength training, flexibility, and speed/agility. Athletes working with Ripped’s Performance Coaches will minimize injuries and maximize their potential in their respective sports. Our coaches have trained athletes in football, soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, track, basketball and more.

In addition to athletic training, Ripped’s ‘Fit Camp’  is available to adults who want to reduce fat, increase their endurance, and build strength. This is a group fitness class that is open to people of all fitness levels. We work, as a group, to get fit!

If group classes are not for you, meet with a Performance Coach one-on-one for personal training. You will get an evaluation and a workout customized to your needs.
