Coach Cliff’s main reason to compete in the NPC Physique competition was to reach a higher level of discipline and physical condition and to inspire individuals to do the same. He wanted to influences others to not settle but to strive for greatness and prove total body transformation can be achieved with the appropriate methods.  We want to bring the Ripped Training Methods to you.

The Workouts and Food Plans are customized plans designed just for you. It can be difficult to know what workouts are going to benefit our bodies or what food we should be eating for maximum results. Coach Cliff will take that worry out of your day and provide you with plans that work for you.

Customized Workout Plans by Personal Trainer

Get equipped with a customized workout program to ensure you reach your strength and conditioning goals. If you’re looking to build strength, muscle tone and size as well as desiring next level physical conditioning look no further. Our online programs will provide an opportunity to break the monotony of your current regimen and receive a professional approach to your daily workout. (Plan will include; metabolic conditioning programs, body composition improvement strength programs, body building exercises, ab routines etc.)

Customized Food Plans by Personal Trainer

Achieve your goals with an integrated Food Plan to help you receive the fuel and nutrients needed to Rise Above Average and obtain optimum health and maximize your performance. After submitting your online application we will provide a daily meal plan, which includes the appropriate amount of nutrients needed to transform you body.

Upgraded Plan – $45.00
Workout Plan Plus – $160
The Plus plan includes both workout plan and food.
